Shipping policy

DELIVERY

Orders placed by 9am AEST on a business day (Mon- Fri, excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 9am AEST or on the weekend will be dispatched the next business day. Please allow for a dispatch delay on launch days.

Please note we try and meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays. This could be due to courier delays, logistics or bad weather. If your package is delayed, please know that we will keep you updated as much as possible.

IMPORT LIABILITIES AND TAXES

If your order is dispatched internationally, it may have to be cleared through customs. As a result, there may be fees that have to be paid depending on the country. Please note that Mila Active does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Mila Active will not be held liable or responsible for the custom delays, duties or taxes that may apply.

Mila Active is not responsible for notifying customers that their item(s) are awaiting the payment of customs duties and taxes. Please track your parcel closely. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

SHIPPING COST

When checking out there will be a couple of delivery options to choose from. Please know that the cost of shipping is calculated based on delivery location and weight.

DOMESTIC (Within Australia)

We offer two different shipping options within Australia:

Standard shipping (3+ Business Days)
Express shipping (1-3 Business Days)
Free Shipping for orders over $150 (AUD)

INTERNATIONAL

EXPRESS

The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on delivery location and weight.

Express orders are estimated to be delivered in 5 -11 business days

STANDARD

The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and based on delivery location and weight.

Express orders are estimated to be delivered in 9 -15 business days
